Our
Story
Meet the Rudins
Hello, we are Kat (British) and Tricky (Swiss) Rudin. We met while doing winter seasons in Saas-Fee, a ski resort just a couple of hours away from the Rudin Residence in Erlenbach im Simmental.
We’ve always built our lives around the mountains, so when the opportunity arose to move to a traditional Swiss farmhouse, we couldn’t resist.
After a short time living here with very basic amenities, we felt that the farmhouse was built to share and we could see its potential for welcoming guests. Little did we know, we would spend the next six years devoting all our time and energy into its immaculate restoration.
We have lovingly transformed this traditional farmhouse into a cosy, bright, and comfortable home for our small family, with separate accommodation for up to eight guests and spaces to support intimate retreats.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the mountains.
